This meditation session is open to all, space permitting. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a curious beginner, there’s no need for expertise—just a desire for some rest and a touch of curiosity. Join us and explore the tranquil world of meditation.

The mask workshop facilitated by Marie-Christine provides a therapeutic environment for participants to explore and discuss the metaphorical « masks » they wear in various life contexts, including work and social settings. These masks symbolize the personas or behaviors individuals adopt to meet societal norms or conceal genuine emotions. It is worth noting that artistic talent is not a prerequisite for this workshop. Participants engage not in the visual aesthetics of the masks, but in exploring the deeper emotional significance they represent
The workshop includes activities like meditation, discussion, and artistic expression, allowing attendees to reflect on their masks, express themselves creatively, and connect deeply with others.

Friday July 26th from 6pm-9pm.
